Hundreds of Gitmo prisoners were turned in by their neighbors when we offered money for anyone turning them in. They guys turned in their the neighbors they didn't like, not because they were terrorists. That's why Bush released them.

I beg to differ. He was caught in a foreign nation, as far as the war on terror goes, the "battlefield" is any foreign country where these guys are hiding out and plotting terror attacks, since it is not a war in the traditional sense.

The battlefield is anywhere these guys plot and plan attacks. That's been clear for years. When you are dealing with terrorist cells in every nation of the world...yeah, it's a big battlefield.

Yea, well take heed, 50% of the terrorists released have either been killed or captured on the battlefield. If an idiot walks off a cliff and you watch him flap his arms before he hits the ground does that mean you think you might fly if you turned your palms up?
