Murder is a legal term.

There is, has been, no law at the Guantanamo prison and torture facility.

Can't be too bad. There hasn't been one report of any stoning or decapitation.

Aside from that has there been any Americans captured and NOT killed and maimed?

No murder is not only a legal term. Like many words it has multiple definitions and contexts.

They don't have to be convicted before I can say they were likely murdered.

Is killing and mutilating a POW lawful? How many Americans have been captured and humanely treated?

Clean your own house before you criticize another.

Yes killing a POW is unlawful. Terrorists do unlawful things.

Why do you want to drag us in the gutter with terrorists?

Are you so scared you are about to wet your pants?

But you don't seem to be ranting about the unlawful terrorists.

When you disassociate yourself from the terrorists I (and others) will shut up. The NYT story about Palestinians against Hamas is the best story I've read in years.
