a,b,c is simple as 1,2,3

a) legistlative branch(congress) writes bills
b) executive branch(POTUS) SIGNS bills into laws
c) Judicial CHECKS AND BALLANCES those laws against the constitution

Thank you.

The liberals are trying to find ways over rule the law. As you can see many of them do not understand how things work.

Why does this forum have to be just a bunch of one line attempts at put-downs?

How is the 1st amendment irony? That sentence makes no sense.

Assuming the supreme court ruled correctly in their interpretation of the constitution, and corporations DO have the same rights as individual people, then the Constitution should be amended. What part of THAT is hard to understand?

The other poster and you said that an amendment to the constitution repeals another amendment. I say it doesn't. I asked which amendments were repealed by the 25th, 16th, etc... Just waiting for an answer from you teacher types.

My arguments are in English above.

so YOU are saying that an entity (corporation, political group, nonprofit, legal group) should NOT have a RIGHT to express their VIEWS and their CONSTITUTIONAL right of freedom of speech?????

guess what the DNC and RNC are corporations

so YOU want NOONE to be able to express their views if they are part of a larger entity???? how nice of you
