For two years, the Twitter account @diditleak was the secret weapon of online listeners and music critics alike. In real time, the account, which ultimately garnered over 11,500 followers, announced whenever a digital copy of a particularly desirable record first hit the Internet. For that it became a beloved resource of torrent-hungry music fans and writers angling for first listens. Using email tips and message-board-scouring alchemy, @diditleak seemed to know leaks better than anybody on Earth.
Now that the RIAA can buy the government they are free to kill anyone.
No doubt the RIAA is happy he is dead but I hardly think they can give somebody lung cancer. There are easier and more efficient ways to dispose of people.

quoted from the article...
"Its creator's name is only being revealed now because on January 16th, after a long hospital stay, Alan Carton died. He was 23."
Never underestimate conventional medicine's ability to take a young, vibrant, healthy person and kill them in short order. It happens hundreds of thousands of times every year. Since Carton was being treated for cancer, it is almost certain that conventional medicine would kill him before he ever had a chance to recover from his illness.
That is a far more likely scenario than the RIAA, as much as I hate them bashtards.
What the heck is the RIAA and what do they have to do with him having cancer?
I can't recall exactly what it stands for it represents the Recording Industry. The poster implies that they had him killed because he was making it easier to pirate music.

I agree. I've seen more people hurt by doctors than anyone else. Improper treatment has lead to many early deaths...

He was not "young, vibrant, healthy", he had cancer for many years and treatment allowed him to live longer than he otherwise would have. Read the damn article before talking your "don't treat cancer" nonesense.

No no no, you have to encourage those who tout baking soda for the treatment of cancer. It makes sure the argument doesn't get air play if they are in the ground...because logic, science, and studies sure don't work.
I actually saw an article about it today, including that ebola cures wrinkles (it sure does when you have no face left).

Oh my gosh, it is a brand new day, i actually agree with you on this one, there are much easier ways to dispose of him, then the way suggested. Good post. But this is still somthing very sad in my book.
