I went to school with a girl that stammered when she spoke. She had perfect grades and went on to finish Valedictorian. You really cannot be seriously comparing the intellect of Obama to Bush. Bush had everything handed to him on a silver platter since birth and in no way shape or form could ever have reached the office of Presidency on his own merits....C'mon, get real.
Bush was actually reading to them. Obama has done that also. That isnt the same as holding a press conference in a classroom. Sorry
Not sure if I understand your point. Obama spoke with the kids, sitting on a stool in one room. Then he went into another room to talk to the media about a education proposal, where he used the teleprompter and where the pic was taken.
