What's up with Canadian Universal Health Care that their Premier needs to come to the US for a medical procedure. Must suck, right - otherwise he would seek treatment in Canada. Matter of fact, it does not sound like Canada even offers the treatment. The Deputy Premier has this to say, "It was never an option offered to him to have this procedure done in this province," refusing to answer whether the procedure could be done elsewhere in Canada.
