Seems to me this is first degree farkkery. Atheists taking advantage of someone else's religious beliefs for their own personal financial gain.
LOL, this is comedic gold!! Who's the stupid one in this situation? That's right, the person dumb enough to fall for this scam & fork over their cash. Oh it's just precious.
Be not deceived. God is not mocked. Whatsoever a man soweth, that will he also reap. Your failure to believe in God does not make Him go away.

This company depends for its existence on the idea that there will be a Rapture, that that section of First Thessalonians is literally true. I should think you would celebrate it. How many other businesses do you patronize that key their own existence to the American fundamentalist interpretation of the Bible?
"In [the event of the Rapture], the righteous will be spirited away to a better place while the godless remain on Earth. But what will become of all the pets?
Spoiler
"Bart Centre, 61, a retired retail executive in New Hampshire [and an atheist], says many people are troubled by this question, and he wants to help. He started a service called Eternal Earth-Bound Pets that promises to rescue and care for animals left behind by the saved.

"Todd Strandberg [of] raptureready.com... agrees that Fido and Mittens are doomed.... 'A lot of persons are concerned about their pets, but I don't know if they should necessarily trust atheists to take care of them.'
"This paradox poses a challenge for Centre. He must reassure the Rapture crowd that his pet rescuers are wicked enough to be left behind, but good enough to take proper care of the abandoned pets."
Be kind to pets, they'll be your guide in/to the hereafter. And believe me, bigger than New York City, the hereafter is a place you don't want to get lost. For the non-believers there will be no unquestioned forgiveness friends left for them.
So, looks like this guy is gonna suck yer bucks then go out of business.

Pets arent invited to the hereafter.
Hence these companies. And unless they're badly managed, why would they go out of business? Seems to me as times get scarier they'll do better and better. "Michael, we're bigger than US Steel."

I don't know why you think that pets aren't "invited to the hereafter." They too are God's creation and are surely more worthy than many of us who will be there.
