So, they're fans of Fox News? I see them everywhere now. It's by far the #1 cable news network and they've been quite successful at turning their "fair and balanced" coverage into 24/7 anti-Obama dogma. I like to get my news from Comedy Central, where they use Fox News clips to display the blatant hypocrisy of the "reporters" on that station.
And before anyone counters what I said with a comment about Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, and others on the MSNBC evening lineup, I acknowledge that they're just as bad as Fox with the very important distinction that they never claim to be "fair and balanced." At least they're honest.
Olbermann, Maddow et al. go after Obama when it appears he (or decisions made by someone from the Obama Admin) is overstepping constitutional bounds. Google any of their names with "criticizes Obama".
sanrene ! ... You are absolutely a treasure here on CDF !
How any person could possibly be obsessed with our HO is absolutely beyond my humble comprehension !
A genuine Harvard Graduate is perhaps one of America's greater treasures and rightly so ... but according to what America has witnessed as of late regarding HO's much proclaimed "Towering Intellectual" status ... It truly appears to be "Not All That Earth Shattering" !
Perhaps the words "Excessively Postulated Statement" would apply in this truly dismal case in point regarding a certain Harvard Graduate !!!
Bwahahahaahahaaaaa! Very funny. But still, years later...she would only be a "gal" in his neighborhood!
This story would have been covered with a very fine toothed comb indeed if she had been a he and he had graduated from one of the few conservative universities and had a Sean Hannity book in his shelf at home.
Also, the former DA in MA that SWEPT THE FIRST MURDER SHE COMMITTED under the rug is now a congressman (?) Delahunt? Shocked to hear he was a Dem! Announced he wasn't running for reelection the day of the shooting.
Again, if the shooter was a right leaning, male, conservative, that shot WOMEN AND PEOPLE OF COLOR IN THE WORKPLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!and was a rabid McCain supporter!!!!!!!!!!!! HATE CRIME!!!!!!!!!
But, she is a Harvard Grad with a 'tude and I imagine the sob stories will be coming out about some PC mental illness that makes everything understandable...and HER SOMEHOW THE VICTIM of the evil white male...MAYBE THIS IS BUSH'S FAULT!
I think this country is waking up to this double standard in "cough" jornalism. That's why all the crappy left wing publications are going away and they are cutting $$$ from that brilliant Katie Couric's salary.
tatersalit ! ... Excellent description of some of these pitiful "Simpletons" ! Keep Up The Good Work !
And by the way it must be the fault of "Old George Bush !
"Of course, blaming random acts of violence on the liberty movement has become par for the course for those who wish to crush the free speech of their political adversaries. The University of Alabama-Huntsville murders were also blamed on the Tea Party movement until it turned out that the killer was an Obama-worshipper.
Unfortunately for those who like to exploit tragedies to further their own anti-free speech talking points, it turns out that Stack was not a “teabagger,” he was not a “terrorist,” and he was no Timothy McVeigh, he was a guy pushed to the edge, a sad figure in the mould of Michael Douglas’ character in the movie Falling Down.
To characterize yesterday’s tragedy as a deadly portend of the “domestic terror” waiting to be unleashed on U.S. cities by disgruntled Americans is not only completely irresponsible, it’s a revelatory insight into how desperate the establishment is – both fake left and right – to neutralize growing peaceful political opposition to the big government agenda across the country."
