I wonder if this is true or if the media is just giving it hype

It just means the Dutch governing coalitions don't agree.

It's just that the Coalition parties can't agree and will probably disband, to form a new coalition and new leadership, when elections are held again?

Any decision from the Dutch government, will be interesting for us Australians.

Australia operates alongside the Dutch in Uruzgan and as troops from both countries have been getting on well, and have been achiveing quite alot together. So It'll be unfortunate if the Dutch DO decide to leave? but like any country, they've got to think of their own troops and the length of their Deployments, and like them, We'll probably be having to make the same decisions soon ourselves?

Currently we have a similar number of troops in Afghanistan as the Dutch, but unlike previously thought, Australia won't be taking control of Uruzgan. As a larger commitment to Afghanistan, will just be too much of a stretch for our defence force!
