Just looking at the quotes on the 1st page from prominent people from all over the world. It must be recent since the pres. is also quoted. I really have to question--Is this really about global warming or something bigger? What do you think when you read all the quotes?

I got directed here from someone who said the rails that are being planned all over the country are discussed in here. He said "The rails are going between the only cities that will left after they herd everyone to those cities." So that is how my search got started. The 1st page was alittle disturbing. Haven't found anything about the rails as of yet.

I guess they forgot about how the people feel on this issue.

The United States of America – The USA once fiercely defended it's national sovereignty but President Obama seems eager to sign up to a binding global climate treaty that would impoverish his country. He has filled his cabinet with a stellar cast of climate alarmists, including mega-doomers John Holdren and Steven Chu.

Wow, those are some wild quotes! I taught Marketing at the University of Texas for a few years and if I still were doing so I would use some of those quotes as examples of how to turn off your target audience. Every single one of them is worded in a way so as to cause fear among those who read them. If they are trying to rally support for the cause, they aren't doing so very intelligently.

Maybe I can get a 6-figure job helping them phrase things in a more palatable and manipulative way...

Of course it's not all about global warming. It's about money and control.

Not news. Rural people have been dealing with this a while...it's called rural cleansing, drive people out of rural areas...take Northern Maine, for example, there's a group based in MA trying to turn it all into a national park, drive everyone out, end hunting, logging, etc....they're aiming for that all over the country. They do it either directly (make park, kick everyone out) or indirectly (take out the tax base and drive up taxes, drive away jobs through regulations or blocking access to resources/land, etc.).

There's legitimate environmental issues but extremists hijacked environmentalism a long time ago...so consequently, they use some serious issues to advance unnecessary agendas, and people concerned with real issues get lumped in with them as well.

I found this page quite interesting.

Obama and Clinton call for 80% reduction by 2050.

"Al Gore wants a reduction in global carbon dioxide emissions of 90% in 20 years." It goes on to say it would cause a massive die off in human population.

Yeah, everything's fine. This is just some whacked out agenda. I got some PCB ladened fish from the Shenandoah and a jug of water fresh out of the "Mighty" Mississippi River for ya'll....

I'll even serve it on a plastic plate served on a miniscule fraction of the metric tons of ***** floating around in the Pacific Ocean....

Yeah, anyone who cares about the environment must have a profit motive. Open your freakin' eyes and realize what the hell we're doing to the planet please.

Sure "snake"... I'm just crazy cause there's NO proof that the Pacific has metric tons of garbage swirling around the middle of it, that our rivers are poison and we cannot catch fish we could actually eat out of most of our nation's rivers.....

I invite you to eat drink and take a pleasure cruise to the trash heap....

Or you could just do what your ilk always do...

I believe in taking care of the planet but some of this stuff is pretty sick.

Their plan is that everyone on earth will be given the same number of 'carbon credits' so a person living in a village in India, who doesn't even own a car, will suddenly has a 1000 carbon credits. If a family in America wants to have two cars and heat their home in winter they will have to buy credits from poorer countries. This is just a socialist scheme for global wealth redistribution.

Under this system entire countries would have carbon rationing imposed on them. The United States (currently 25% of global emissions) would be allowed to emit no more than 5% of the world's annual carbon emissions. If, as required by th UN's IPCC, emissions must decrease by at least 50% from current levels then the USA would have to decrease its carbon emissions by 98% from 1990 levels!! Goodbye USA! Many well-know politicians such as Angela Merkel, Gordon Brown and Arnold Sharwzenegger have publicly praised the C&C system. If these systems for personal and national carbon rationing are implemented then the Global Green Agenda activists will have well and truly achieved their aim of Global Governance.
