Maybe she should retire.

How long is too long? I know I would get tired of having the same leader for this long.

She's not the leader. She's a figurehead.

They change leadership when they change Prime Ministers.

I totally agree with term limits and should exist throughout the federal government, SCOTUS included.

But the Queen, as said above is just a figurehead. Kinda like going to Mom's for Thanksgiving... she's just the queen of the family. And yeah, sometimes it gets old.
