"Hey, if it was good enough for God, scribbling on the palm of his hand, it's good enough for me, for us. He says, in that passage he says, I wrote your name on the palm of my hand to remember you. And I'm like OK, I'm in good company," Palin said to laughter.
Didn't you hear her on Leno, saying that she will continue to tweak the Leftists?
Its working.
Good. The more ammo she gives us to make her more of a failure of a presidential candidate the better. Everytime she opens her mouth it seems as though the GOP falls out of favor a % point or 2.
More importantly. Why type of person would "ridicule" somebody for writing on their own hand.
Seriously?
I just wrote my name on my own hand. You all going to ridicule me too? WTF?
No, we won't ridicule you for it. But I'm suprised some Christians aren't a little upset with Palin's reference to God. After all, God wasn't scribbling reminders on his hand. He "engravened the name of Jerusalem on his palm, and the walls of the city were e'er before him" as a reminder of the plight of the Jewish people. It's not the same thing, and saying it was demeans God, the city of Jerusalem, and the Jewish people.
She is just making the situation worse. She should just drop it and it will fade from the news. She is her own worse enemy.
