If it is within the constitution they are entitled. The Fed is not entitled to over step their own authority. We will have to see what the Courts say about it all.
We are American's first and all subject to both state and federal law.
That is the fundamental problem, that there are too many federal laws that infringe on State's Rights. Hopefully this is the first of many rights that States reassert for themselves.

Wyoming is exercising its Constitutional right as a state. The powers of the federal government are limited by the Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

The ' supreme law of the land ' has been captured by the 'Supreme Courts ' who have been hand picked by the leaders .
These ' injustices ' have refused to hear cases many times, like the one where Alan keyes has been trying to get heard for past year . Alan is a Constitution Major and one of the last of the great Americans , they won't listen to his appeal for justice .

You have it backwards. Federal law cannot invalidate state law when the federal government is exceeding its Constitutional powers.
