an obviously unconsitutional provision, requiring the purchase of health insurance, is a clear violation of the constitution. Bad faith in fact. Violation of their oaths. They should be responsible for the cost of litigation, and not the taxpayers.

LoL! So what you are saying is that those who are sued should bear the costs of whatever crazy lawsuits and court cases from any nut who has enough time to file? You must have gone completely bananas in your partisan rage, especially to pay for nutjobs like Orly Taitz to continually bring frivolous in insane suits and not have to pay for it.

I wouldn't mind seeing an amendment to the Constitution requiring those who pass unconstitutional legislation, pay the costs of the legal battles, and, go to prison for life.
