The 400% increase has been debunked by the Director of the Secret Service himself. In fact, he just cleared that up the other day in a Congressional Hearing. Why? Because Congress wanted to know why he wanted LESS money for his agency. He came to tell them threats were at the same level for Obama as they were for Bush and Clinton at this point in their terms. So no increase in his budget was warranted. Democrats were beside themselves because someone in their administration was asking for less money. Imagine that.
Find a new reason to hate conservatives, please.

Regardless of the party that our president belongs to, its appalling that any American thinks its a rational choice to harm the leader of our nation because he isn't voting the right way.
There is no excuse for violence against anyone. We are a nation of laws, and we must work to change the laws we do not like through the system that is set up to do that. Often I wish that we had less flaming and hatred expressed here by some of the posters, but I do realize that emotions run high at times. Nevertheless, calling for the assassination of anyone, especially the President, is outrageous. Unfortunately, there are nuts - psychos - who will use any excuse to act out their hate.
If something were to happen to the President, we'd have Biden to contend with. And if anything happened to Biden, we'd have Pelosi as President. Does anyone -- even psychos - want Nancy Pelosi for President?

I would love to see Pelosi as president, but not in the way you lay out- it would be almost worth it to have her as president just to see all the right wingers blow a gasket trying to out yell each other in outrage-the forehead veins would be pounding-
