Probably when Republicans stop wasting his time with pointless delaying and stalling tactics. Every minute they use delaying something that's clearly going to happen is a minute that could be used for working on jobs and the economy. Not that it would really matter, seeing as Republicans would oppose whatever he does anyways.
I guess that repeated excuse wears a little thin when one controls the House and Senate with super majorities.
He can do whatever he wants. The problem is that he DOES NOT WANT reduced unemployment. Obama wants the unemployed as a group of government dependents that will be forced to support him for thier existence.
What will Barry's next two objectives be?
1. Amnesty for illegals
2. Cap and trade
Both provisions kill jobs further, as the healthcare bill will. What do they accomplish? Further government control and a larger democratic constituency. Make no mistake of it- Barry is opposed to America as we know it and is only interested in expanding his power. The people be damned.

Yeah, little "Barry", puffing away in the White House, as he trys so hard to figure out how to outsmart the fat, uneducated, dumb Americans.
One thing that needs to be kept in mind is that a good chunk of the jobs that we lost should have never been created in the first place and they aren't coming back. Our best bet is a long-term strategy that puts emphasis on science, technology, engineering, etc., but of course that doesn't score short-term political points.

Too difficult so he has moved on to things near and dear to his heart. Jobs for people are so second tier issues for the Obama Adminisration.

What ever happened to the great American Spirit? People have become apathetic and apparently, the people who are soooo against government intrusion in their lives are now sitting back complaining that the government isn't creating jobs for them.
People have...haven't you noticed all of them?
But you have to know a lot about the business you're going to be in, to be competitive and be successful.
Right now, everyone is cutting budgets, streamlining, downsizing, and unless your product or service is really absolutely needed, you might not make it. So the market is tight.
People haven't become apathetic. They don't have the money, are struggling to get by.
If you watched the tea parties and rallies, you'd know that Americans are not apathetic. But any time they raise their voice, the media says they are violent, or they don't know anything and are uninformed (sic), or it's simply the GOP.

There are more than 12 million illegal aliens here. Estimates put the figure about 30 million.
