Does Obama's new student loan program forgive professional school loans and more? (lawyers, regular)

I know Obama's new loan program can forgive student loans after 10 years of "public service" or 20 years of "regular service".

That's debatable because some teachers and nurses work in "private sector jobs" and some "lawyers, doctors" work in "public sector" jobs.

So does Obama forgive professional schools like law school and medical school loans?

Can doctors and lawyers be considered "public workers" if they work for the government entity like a VA hospital or a DA's office?
