Whether it's a certain stance, a leading politician, or something that tends to be true about others who also support it, what flaw do you see in your own party?

I'm an independent and I've always leaned left so I'll speak as a Democrat. One thing that I particularly don't like about the Democratic Party is that a lot of Democratic stances contradict my religious views. I'm neither pro nor anti-gay, neither pro nor anti-abortion. However, if I could eliminate such practices (peacefully) I would in a second. In addition, I fear a non-religious America and find that many of my fellow Democrats are non-religious and that most Atheists/Agnostics are on the Left.

How about you?

Edit: If you're an independent but lean towards a certain party, say something you don't like about that party.

I hate that the Libertarians are starting to allowing collectivist ideas to seep into their foundation in the foolish attempt to attract collectivists. They will become tyrants just like democrats and republicans at some point by trading freedom for popularity. (Which they never could be anyway, not in a nation of thugs.)

I don't believe the OP said anything about 'two party'. There are multiple parties that you can be apart of.

I'm an Independent who leans left. I don't like the lefts stance on illegal immigration, they should be deported and NOT given any type of welfare and whatnot. I would also like to be more specific with birthright citizenship to prevent people from using our country as a free feeding trough.
