It seems you guys actually NEED Sarah Palin. You need to hate someone and to tell you the truth, I was shocked by it and foolishly joined in.

The left wingers live and breath hate. Their hate for Palin is driven by fear. Fear because they see how popular she is and how she can motivate people that have never bothered becoming involved, to get involved. The left's attacks on her are almost always what you would expect out of the mouth of some insolent teeny bopper.
For one thing, she sounded EXACTLY like a whiney politically correct liberal when she became highly offended at the use of the word "retarded" ... all because she has a baby with Down Syndrome, which was her doing because she CHOSE to bear another child after age 40. Research shows that the later in life a person has children, the greater risk of it being born with a birth defect!
She promoted abstinence, but then embraced and exploited her sex crazed teenage daughter who had a baby out of wedlock. Years ago, a true conservative would have been shocked & embarrassed by such a thing ... but I guess to the Palin supporters, it's all right if her kids screw around promiscuously, but it's bad if other people's kids do it.
I don't respect Palin much...but really...
1)Her choosing not to abort her son is hardly something she should be faulted for.
2)The use of the word 'retarded' was insensitive.
3) There is no evidence that her daughter is 'sex-crazed'...only that she had immature judgement.
There has never been a politician in history that has been attacked and made fun of WITHOUT A REASON like Sarah Palin has been.
She has been lied about, made fun of, she has been judged and her CHILDREN have been judged by people that would just FLUSH THEIRS DOWN THE TOILET.
Stupid people that slam her for killing a MOOSE but one thing that you will NEVER be able to take away from her?
You will never take away her VALUES and her COURAGE because she carries them around on her HIP!

Well, I would say it takes courage to stand up for what you believe in, to have the courage of conviction. Unfortunately, Palin didn't have that. If she did, she would've stayed in office & tried to do what she wanted to do instead of caving because "the media got to be too much & I don't want to be a....lame duck"..snicker.
