Yep..Utah and Oklahoma..with conditions.

Here in WA state we still have hanging.

When Utah put down Gary Gilmore (read "The Executioner's Song) they used a firing squad. That was back in the late '70s or early '80s.

Utah has had that choice for many years. More interestingly, unless they've changed it, the family of the victim has the right to BE that firing squad if they want to.

In the case of Gary Gilmore the other respondent mentioned, the firing squad was made up of the victim's father, a couple of uncles and a cousin, I think.
