So what are you guys proposing to put an end to stupid people.
The FACT remains that the owners of pit bulls are either:
A.Men with tiny appendages who want to be macho-through-having-a-tough-dog.
B. Men who use them to fight.
C. Well-meaning but stupid people who want to prove a point about how necessary pit bulls are.
THEY are usually the dolts who, after Poopsie has sent six people to the hospital and ate a child, says(with a moronic look on their vacant faces,..."Gee gosh , Poopsie never did that before. "
As if THAT makes it all better......

Pit Bulls are dangerous dogs & they should be banned in the US.
I really feel sorry for this young boy & would like to offer my condolences to him & his family.

Well, according to you no dog should be banned no matter how many children they mutilate or kill because , in your dreams, all people will turn into responsible knowledgeable dog owners who need ugly vicious dogs to fit their "life style"....my A. Never fought them or took a pit who had been fought
and not stupid on them. Was raised around them my whole childhood and know how to properly care for one. ANY dog can inflict harm and EVEN death on a child. Do you research, even a chihuahua has SEVERELY injured an infant that was left in a car seat on kitchen table while father was attending to something else
Dogs NEVER attack for NO reason- there is ALWAYS something that triggers the reaction. It is up to the owners to properly train their dog, regardless of breed and to ensure that people who come around their pets know how to approach them correctly

Oh, there are MANY, too, too many dogs in the US. ... Thanks to irresponsible owners and No kill shelters....unwanted dogs are a huge problem and banning a certain breed or several breeds is a good thing.
There are many breeds so those people who choose pit bulls are just trying to make a point at the expense of others...that's stupid!

You're right, let's ban irresponsible parents too. While you're at it, let's ban drivers licenses, since people die in car accidents 100x more often than they get bit by dogs.
Should we ban every breed of dog? I was bit by a golden retriever as a child. I was selling girl scout cookies and walked onto his property and was bit in the leg. I certainly am not campaigning against goldens (though I am all for that owner never having another dog...)
I feel horrible for that poor little boy. It's an awful situation, and the particular dog that did it should probably be put down--but that one dog is not representative of all the dogs.
