Lets see...your qualifications in regard to constitutional issues end at passing grade school civics while Obama is a constitutional lawyer that taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago.

I don't care where Obama went to school, what he taught, or what he claims to be. Obama has a poor understanding of the Constitution, and he certainly does not believe in it. Obama believes the Constitution to be a "flawed document" (his words).
The Constitution was written to be understood by citizens. It was not written for lawyers. It was written in plain language. It was not "cryptic". There are no "hidden meanings". It says what it says. Anyone with a sixth grade education should be able to understand it (well....sixth grade when I was in school).
If we think only people like Obama can tell us what the Constitution means, we deserve tyranny.
