The comments, in a graduation speech at the University of Michigan's huge football stadium, were Obama's most direct take about the angry politics that have engulfed his young presidency after long clashes over health care, taxes and the role of government.
The venue has a capacity of 106,201, and university officials distributed 80,000 tickets – before they ran out.

Was he talking about his administration or all the interesting comments we saw here and in the left wing websites during the Bush administration? IMO we haven't come close to the venom ginned up by the left.
I'm sorry for you that there's a different ideology in power than you would prefer. Your ideology had 8 years to try and get it right. Now we have a pretty conventional liberal administration in that, by any objective measure, is helping the economy recover faster than any had predicted it would back in 2008.
You don't have to be frothing mad in every single thread. I realize Bush took a beating from those liberals, but two wrongs don't make a right.

How is that even possible? For starters, there aren't that many immigrants at U of M. And, on top of that, if by chance you meant African-Americans, there aren't even that many of them either!
Well,most of the "African-Americans" identify themselves as Africans...
Who are we to violate their self determination..?
