In my part of America Mexicans were here first . And the food is great.

Why would anyone celebrate Cinco de Mayo? Its a Mexican holiday for independence... I don't expect Europeans and Mexicans to celebrate the 4th of July... I suppose one might "celebrate" by getting "on sale" stuff but its not really celebrating...

We're having chicken fajitas for dinner. Any excuse for a party! BTW, I was told by an Indian (from India) that 4th of July is big over there.
