Have you read that law yet? The answer given to Congressmen by the Obama people is standard, I guess, "No I haven't read it but I am against it." I love how they were handled by committees this week and had to admit they don't read.
Considering states are obliged to be doing considerable budget cuts, perhaps they should consider getting rid of some of the excess law enforcement burden.

When I saw that one I was wondering how many car accidents were behind that bike, and how long that officer lingered behind him before he decided to pull him over.
Yes I believe many of these are blue laws. The state that makes it obligatory to smile-- I've yet to meet the smile police and hope I never do.
