I agree with you.

But I am conflicted on this one. I absolutely hate increasing police power in any form. I believe the cops have way too much power already and support any movement to limit their power.

On the other hand, illegal emigration is obviously illegal and Obama is a ***** when it comes to enforcing existing laws if he thinks that will get him re-elected.

I love the governors attitude.

So, how do I get over my opposition to increased police power?

You are absolutely correct. All drugs should be legal. Problem is, we have too many misguided souls who want to tell everyone how to live their lives.
