Them being so close to a baseball field I'm surprised the people there didn't go on a man hunt armed with baseball bats.
Freakin' hunt him down and a apply water boarding techniques for several days, then move on to the 1000 cuts system, and finally electrical interrogation methods, while reading him his rights. Then after allowing 48 hours to let the body start to regenerate tissue, start again, increasing in intensity culminating in adrenaline shots to keep him from passing out. After 10-15 days of this, maybe just maybe then put the poor bastard out of his misery by throwing him in a cage with an extra large anaconda who hasn't eaten in 6 weeks.
That's what I think about these type of people. If I get banned, so be it. I hate, and do mean hate these type of predators.

Bring him down south, keep him naked, apply a few cuts to his body, then tie him to some stakes or ground anchors locating him right next to a fire ant mound. Don't bother to disturb the mound,...they'll find him. Once one finds him, then the entire hill will find him. Fire ant hills have more ants than what you see above ground. The bigger the mound, the deeper the nest goes underground. Also, if you see one fire ant mound, there are others you don't see. They'll join in the fun.
Just arrest him, and lock him up for the rest of his life in a mental institution.
I know people like to think of the worst torture possible, and while that may satisfy some animal instinct and urges you might have, we are nation of laws. One of the base laws is the right to no cruel and unusual punishment.
Skinning him alive, letting ants eat him, cutting him with a razor knife a bunch of times I think would qualify as cruel and unusual punishment.

Oh I know. Poor sick *f*, huh? Never mind the poor innocent children they rip open and destroy for life--IF they allow them to live. That wasn't cruel punishment, huh?
Personally I think it's way past time we got really tough on criminals in this country, & maybe less crime would be committed. I get sick of slime like this pervert getting off Scott free, or sitting in jail watching TV & playing games on my tax dollars,then getting out to do it all over again. I vote we bring back the chain gangs & am all for the death penalty! ( and I consider myself a Democrat, BTW!)
