When it comes to war, the best way to lose one is to play fair. I like the Powell Doctrine.

I prefer the "eye for an eye" lesson.

In the past, Israel has transferred international aid brought by such ships themselves, after filtering out an weapons. This ship refused to do so, and was attempting to bait Israel. This was a delibarate attempt to provoke Israel into doing something stupid, violent, and reckless. It clearly succeeded.
Thats a deliberate attempt to excuse the inexcusable. Your apologia for the Israeli Defense Forces is duly noted.

In the past Israel has NOT allowed either ships full of aid, or aid workers themselves, access into the Gaza Strip, often turning them away at gunpoint, arresting them and often holding them without charges.

Wow, a clairvoyant. He knows the innocent IDF was not there to hurt anyone, and that it was all an "accident"...or maybe the IDF was scared for their life when they saw a pocketknife and decided to open fire.

Either way, the IDF clearly did not intend for this to happen, they were probably boarding with their own relief supplies to add to the cargo and something went terribly wrong

Man, all you people who hate Israel. They did nothing wrong. They were alerted a threat and boarded with PAINTBALL weapons. They were attacked by a bunch of terrorists and when they defend themselves, a bunch of people who hate Jews, attack them. The video's speak for themselves. The soldier's were originally wielding paintball guns, when they were attacked. Soldiers thrown overboard and attached with metal rods.

You liberal/socialists totally suck. I cannot stand the fact some of you are in this country. You sicken me.

Gee, that sounds plausible.

Now they are TERRORISTS and they HATE JEWS.

This is the mentality that exists in this country, the same one that said invading Iraq was justified and George W. Bush was a good President.

It goes beyond stupidity. It is pathological.

This is comedy gold.

Yes, I am so sure that the first thing the people on that boat thought was "Paintball!" as men in black body armor rappelled onto their boat with weapons strapped across their back.

And yes, paintball guns killed 14 people. Someone better tell them to dial the PSI down on those paintball rifles.

When the paintballs didn't deter the pack of rabid dogs, time to get out the real thing...or else sit there and let the terrorists beat them to death.

Excellent post and sentiment.

Why DO liberals always side with terrorists, dictators and petty despots?

Must be something in their genes.

Why did the right side with the Shah, Saddam, Pinochet, Bin Laden, and others?

Seriously, get a clue.
