Heard the same notation but have not see any recent activity. Land along Village Pkwy was originally designated for Town Homes/Condos. Would great to see this finally be developed as it is a real eyesore. Although someone finally did cut the weads.

Since they are putting up new models, what do you think will do to the values of the current houses?

I am sure that the current homes there will probably not have any similarities with the new ones.

One thing will help a lot, they will be putting up a clubhouse and pool which Victoria Parc never had. The D H Horton name is a good one and they build a good house.

Crystal ball on how it will affect the existing homes. Kind of depends on if they blend in or not with the new ones. It will greatly depend on who is looking to purchase and if that person cares that the existing homes were built by another builder or not.

D H Horton can not warranty those homes, only the original builder.

I will see if I can get floor plans sent to me.

From the site plan it looks like they will not build the townhouses that were planned by the original builder. Anything will be more pleasant to look at than that large empty piece of land.
Wonder if our Master HOA will decrease over the next several years with the addition of Bedford Park, Vitalia and Victoria Parc?

If and when these subdivisions are completed it will no doubt draw more retail and restaurants to Tradition.
It can only add home value I would suspect. Have to wait and see.
