Renting in Hobe Sound or StuartPet with pets ? (Vero Beach: sale, to rent)

interested in renting a single family home in Hobe Sound or Stuart areas and we have 3 cats. Any industry folks out there have thoughts on how tough this will be. We also have a home we will be looking to rent out n the area.

Tough.

Especially cats and three of them. Cat urine is industrial strength. In 2008 i was repeatedly refused for having 2 tiny birds the size of my thumb. It was weird since the market was crashing and I wasn't looking at cheap places and thought they would want a decent tenant.

I worked my way up from Ft Lauderdale and ended up in Vero Beach before I found a realtor with listings that would work.

Just as an FYI.. to get cat or dog urine stains out try using Anti IckyPoo. I know, strange name, but after hitting the Internet and checking out everything, I tried it. It works!

I found out that its not on the general market because it was intended for vet use. Well...Amazon has it or you can order it from them direct. Antiickypoo dot com.

I LOVE it. It's an enzyme base and you can even use it on human waste, vomit smells, etc.

If they actually put it in the pet stores it would kill the sale of every other anti smell/stain thing out there. Kinda wish I was a distributor!
