Anyone have any pros and cons about east lake village townhouses in psl? Will be relocating soon, they seem nice, area seems nice. But there seems to be a lot for sale.

There's way less for sale than a few years ago and the prices have climbed a butbthe last year or so , the community is a mix of single family homes and two story townhomes ( some 2 bed but most 3 bedroom, all have 2.5 baths ( except the three story that have 3.5 baths) 1 and 2 car garages
Pros-
- close and easy access to beaches and all shopping etc in the Jensen Beach/stuart area
- many doctors and a close hospital
- very walkable, biking paths- has all sidewalks
- all concrete block construction ( both floors)
- nice floor plans , high ceilings and new construction .
- nice landscaping, lakes and canals
- fish in lakes and fishing piers
Cons-
- not gated
- many roads in and out( 7 , I believe )
- no clubhouse
- pool can get busy on weekends

Thanks for your input. Looking to relocate, and investing so much, just want to make sure we find a nice community.

I really suggest you rent even if only briefly. Even if you miss a "deal" you often see things later or your priorities change. Unless you're SURE SURE SURE about what you want.
