lived in that area for 26 yrs! Just moved from Jensen Beach 8 mths ago and miss it terribly! Safe, great schools-beautiful, but not affordable for a single mom. Palm city is especially pricey, but a lot of pricey gated communities. I love Jensen-lived right on the water. I could go on and on-but i'm on my way out try and check in again-good luck.

Default Depends upon your philosophy

The areas you mentioned are older built, have difficult traffic issues and tend to be quite conservative. There is nothing much in Jensen Beach except stores, and a beach. I go to that beach. It is okay but nothing compared to Rhode Island beaches. I can't remember seeing homes; oh, wait, I did see some near the MRI place. They have a crummy expensive seafood restaurant which people around here rave about. We went once and thought maybe the people who liked it must have been seeded on Earth from another planet. Stuart is difficult to drive into and out of because there are few feeder roads to and from Rt. 95 and the turnpike, which you would want to take north or south. The city itself is quite congested when I am there. I try to avoid Stuart because of the lights and traffic. Palm City? Well, a well-know retired porn star lives there, and there are large nurseries, and, I suppose maybe the last bastion of conservatism before you get to Jupiter and the more liberal Palm Beach County. Martin County is not high on my place-to-be list. It really doesn't matter to me where you live, but since I live in Port St. Lucie, which I believe is nicer-looking and better governed, I am puzzled why you think those three towns are nice. Sure, they have a decent retail cluster at the north end of Stuart, but.... I am stumped why it would appear to be attractive, but then again I never thought the older towns in Florida were very nice looking. Personally, I am moving out of Florida and back to New England, the beautiful forests, mountains and shores, and most importantly, socio-political civilization. At least there the mafia is nicer to people than the right wing nuts down here. After 16 years in Broward and St. Lucie County I am in trauma. Broward and Palm Beach counties are liberal. The rest seem to want a re-match for the Civil War. Tampa does have a liberal newspaper which has decent articles about political corruption. You might want to read the articles online if you move to "Mississippi West. " This state has devolved since our nation became a religious, social, economic and political battleground. If you can believe it, there are more churches around here than tap rooms. Now that says a lot. There is one church in PSL where the congregation plants corn stalks at the perimeter points of the rectangular lot for good fortune. You do the math....

This is to answer who the porn star who lives in Palm City is.

The former porn star who lives in Palm City is Teri Weigel. She was a Playboy Bunny. She had a terrible vehicular accident earlier in her career when she was doing road shows but recovered eventually though I think not totally vis pain. A nice person. Elderly now and I think finally retired after doing a bit of MILF/Cougar stuff. Her husband died not too long ago.
