I remember asking my Dad why men were always worried about having little girls. He said it's because you worry about them and all the boys that will be chasing after them. Then I said "But Dad, you were a boy once too"...he said "Exactly. That's what scares me."
In other conversations both my StepDad and Dad told me that no matter WHAT a guy tells me, he ONLY wants ONE thing until he's at LEAST 25, and even then, to be careful LOL. My Dad said "Us men really are kind of like animals...dogs a bit...I hate to say...".
I would love to have a little girl, but even I'm scared. They're TOTALLY great to have if you can get past the teen stage. My sis & I put my Mother through the ringer, but now we are like friends with her and my StepDad and her are going to be well taken care of. I'm so scared to have my first and the ultrasound tech says "You're have twins...BOTH GIRLS!" LOL. For everything I put my Mom through, I just know God is going to give me a girl. I'm sweating it.
