My husband and I live in Maryland. We own over 40 acres in Juniper Woods ranch. We would like to sell the land, however we were waiting until we hear more about the amusement park that was suposed to be
built in or near Williams. Can anyone advise me of the status of the park?

Thank you
Loretta

A Google search reveals no news articles since 2008. I would not hold my breath waiting for something to happen on that score before deciding what to do with the property.

And, this thread probably belongs in the Arizona forum, not the Prescott subforum.

Pretty much looks like a dead issue. Even a forum poster looks like they have given up on it.

Last I checked, 40 acre parcels in Juniper Woods Ranch are selling for $10K-$20K unless you happen to own some magnificant parcel with water, close to a road. Few people are buying land right now. Actually, this is probably a good time to buy some cheap land and hold it for about 10 years.

Default Juniper woods ranch

Thanks to all for answering my notice. I appricate it.
I have heard enough now to know the amusement park is a dead deal.
Too bad. That would have helped the price of the land go up.

I was offered $15,000 from a firm in Florida. Maybe i should think again on accepting it.

i think that if i were you , i'd get rid of the land now . things in Ash Fork area are not selling well . maybe there might be a chance that your land would sell . it would depend how old you are and how long you are willing to wait .
