I know there is no "Perfect" place to live for 4 season temperatures but how would you locals.... AND visitors rate the mild 4 seasons Prescott has year round?

I heard its very pleasant year round and the winters are a piece of cake...compared to Missouri-ha,ha!

thanks in advance for you opinions...........

It's 6pm and I'm sitting outside with a short-sleeve teeshirt on. I don't have A/C in my house. I only shovel snow once or twice a winter. How's that?

I live in Chino Valley minus the trees that Prescott has and 500 ft lower elevation and the summers are too hot for me.

You can pretty much do anything year-round in Prescott. We have some cold winter days (40s-50s) and some warm winter days (60s-70s). Summer days are typically 80s-90s. Climate was one of the key factors that brought us to Prescott.

Thanks all....sounds really good to me except the too hot part in CV. Can't be worse than the summers here in Missouri with 80%-90% humidity and 80*-100* temps.

Wondering how Sedona, or Verde Valley is similar to Prescott?????????

I work from home so looking for nice scenery and nice temps year round?...and riding my Harley year round?

Sedona and Verda Valley are about 3-5 degrees warmer than Prescott. You can ride your Harley year-round, but not everyday year-round.

It wouldn't surprise me if the best area in Arizona for year-round weather is Cochise County. Nice scenery is in the eye of the beholder, so YMMV.

It's all about the elevation. Prescott is higher than Chino Valley, Prescott Valley, Sedona, and Cottonwood so it's slightly cooler.
