A continued thanks for adding to this thread. We're getting the idea. Our Happy Hour at Downtown Kitchen in Tucson (last night) was pretty good and I'm now certain that Prescott can offer the same. We'll have to visit again and check things out. Thanks also for the dining suggestions.

Left-T's is what it is for the price point. Friday night and Saturday night it is usually jammed.

While I wouldn't say this place was "upscale" it was quality food and a great dinner this weekend at El Gato Azul as we were passing through. Found it on Yelp.

hell, "wine and candlelight" places are fading fast even in Phoenix and other large cities.....no demographics for them anymore.....people don't go to, or move to, Prescott for a scene like that!!

I just returned from Prescott/Prescott Valley where I spent the last several days exploring relocation possibilities.

Wherever I stopped (convenience stories, hotel front desks, retailers) I asked locals for feedback on the area. One question I always asked was "Where should we eat tonight?" Although I didn't focus on fine food dining, Lefty's was frequently mentioned (as was a little place called Zeke's). We tried to go to Lefty's yesterday (yes, Sunday) and the parking lot was overflowing. I tend to be impatient, so we turned back toward Prescott Valley and just chose a quick fast-food kind of meal and continued to roam.

Zeke's Eatin' Place is comfort food. Chicken Fried whatever, barbeque, and burgers. Cheap cocktails. I enjoy going there, but it's not fine dining.

Have lived here for a year and I don't recall any place that used linen napkins...

I think the closest I've had was the Taj Mahal.
