I actually did a 16 team league once, found it really fun and competitive. QBs and defenses were actually scarce. The only bad thing about 16 teams is that assuming a 13 or 14 week regular season schedule not every team can play each other. But on the flip side it was nice because we had half the teams (8) making the playoffs.
I am definitely down for 12 teams. I usually use ESPN, but am open to using Yahoo.
Six make it to the playoffs? Bye's for the top two teams? Flex position or no flex?

Let's decide on # of teams first and then when we fill up we can put these questions to a vote. Let the majority rule.
I wouldnt want to go above 12 teams, and would prefer 10.
I wouldn't want over 12 either. Since we have ten right now our first question can be if we want 10 or 12.
