They're paying him WAY too much ... basically having to spend the rest of the payroll on the defense with filler parts on offense, expecting Cutler to carry them.

He gets more money than Joe Flacco with an even more questionable stat line than Flacco and no SB ring? BAD deal for the Bears.

An overpaid, average (at best) quarterback with a bad attitude signed for 7 years.
The Packer/Viking/Lion fans are VERY happy with this announcement.

Cutler has not shown the ability to deserve such a contract. Stupid move.

Bears being run by a bunch of incompetents. For the next 7 years, they will be pretenders.
