Eli never plays well when the giants get down by double digits early

Giants needed a stop after they scored their first TD--they didnt really even come close to getting it.

The coaching aint helping tonight though, the Giants need to be running no huddle right about now. Aside from being down in this game, with the loud @ss Superdome they should have started the game running no huddle. I guess my Falcons will just have to go handle biz when we go down there on the 26th of Dec....Damn....

No arguments on Eli's picks, but my concern going in was the deefense. Osi is out for the rest of the game, Tuck isnt playing well, and the LB corps is full of rookies with Boley's injury. Saints have 35 and counting (although the last turnover was Scott's fault), and we're not in the 4th qtr yet...

I think that may be the KO punch, right there. The only W I see the rest of the way is the Redskins.

Eli is the least of the problems for the Giants. How many passes have been dropped over the last couple of weeks? I'm not sure of the total, but there have been lots and at inopportune times.
First and foremost, the defense sucks. The D line could be the most overrated unit in the NFL. Corey Webster is having a terrible season. Can't really blame the rookies at LB, but the LB corps were weak prior to Boley's injury. On a positive note, Amakamura looks good, as does JPP.
Of course, lets not forget Brandon Jacobs. Can we agree that this guy is done?
IMHO, the Giants need a clean slate of coaches. Fewell has proven that he can't make adjustments and is routinely outcoached. Kildrive is insanely predictable. Coughlin may be fine, but if we changed coordinators, he should go as well.

A beat up defense which had mediocre at best corners to begin with. Sorry, but Webster sucks! The receiver corp is down to two now and they didn't do a very good job at getting open. Why on earth did Eli not use the middle of the field last night, not sure if that was his call or the coaches? All those failed routes to the sidelines which were covered tight. Running game is anorexic without Bradshaw. All those things considered, I'm surprised they managed to score over 20 points.

They are going to get pounded by Green Bay next week. There only hope is for Dallas to lose and that they sweep Dallas, which I don't see happening considering Dallas has a soft schedule going into the end of the season. At best they split with Dallas and miss out on a Wildcard. Bottom line, no playoffs this year.
