What's the point of replacing McAdoo now? Giants are tanking and they'd still have to pay him out. No one on the coaching staff will get the HC job. Who are they going to hire now?
Harbaugh isn't going anywhere and would be hired somewhere else if he was. Ravens front office, the money they gave Flacco more of an issue than the coach.
But we all know that in the back of every teams mind come playoff time, no one wants to face playoff Flacco or those Ravens. Just because they've looked lackluster in the regular season, doesn't mean they can't or won't turn it up in the playoffs. I wouldn't want to face the Ravens period in the playoffs.

I'm a Ravens fan, and I've been saying this for a couple years now, but when the kicker is the best offensive player on your team, it's probably not going to be a good year. Looks like they'll get bailed out and sneak in because the AFC outside of Pittsburgh & New England is a steaming pile of $#!t, but it's not because they were actually any good, it's because out of all the other pretenders they had the best special teams & defense.
Defense & special teams usually wins in the playoffs, that's the only reason I'd be scared to play them in the playoffs if I was a Pats/Steelers fan. They should beat the South/West winner in the Wildcard round, but I think it'll be tough sledding against Pittsburgh & New England. They'll actually have to score touchdown's to beat those teams, I don't think they can do that.

I would be surprised if John Fox is back in Chicago next year.
I'm tempted to say that Kotter in Tampa is likely gone as well. The Bucs were supposed to be better than their 4-7 record.
