The George Foreman Grills are known for eliminating the fat from a person's food by allowing it to drip into a smaller tray. These grills were originally considered to be shams but have since proven to be very efficient and worthwhile cooking appliances. The Champ grill is a smaller grill that is perfect for cooking for one or two people. It has a 36 square inch cooking surface and cooks from both the top and bottom of the food.

All George Foreman Grills are electric grills. This means that they can be used inside the home safely. The Champ Grill is one of the smallest grills, although it is very effective at cooking frozen and thawed food quickly and easily. The grilling surface is a non-stick surface that does not flake off when subjected to heat. This surface has small ridges on it that run parallel to each other.
