Hi I'm on a different forum and I posted pictures of myself fully clothed with my face blocked and got some comments and likes, but when someone posts slutty pictures they get more comments even though they aren't even attractive. Why is that because their pictures are revealing?

I assume (bad idea) we are talking about a female revealing herself.
For me, when a women reveals herself it tells me that she is confident in herself and in her sex. She doesn't have to be attractive to be confident. In a way she is saying, this is who I am and I like it!
Women that prefer to stay covered is also fine, this is their right, but they should not expect the same attention.
It's not the revealing picture, but the perception of the poster, who is seen as someone willing to express herself more sexually. People browsing the site and commenting on sites/pictures are looking for potential contacts with whom they can advance quickly to "the slutty parts", and don't want to spend any time developing a non-sexual aspects of a relationship. So if you expose the slutty parts right up front, you've indicated that the respondent doesn't need to waste any time peeling off the outer layers.
I don't believe this happens. Otherwise, there would be places in real life where women take off their clothes while men watched and applauded.
