Yeah Ruth4Truth, I agree that they may just be unhappy with their own lives. I mean, sometimes all I can do is laugh when one of them says, "I can't believe you go to bed so early!! You must be depressed or something!" But she's holding her fifth glass of wine as she says it! LOL! People are a trip.

Once a guy suggested this ole 7 foot piece of art over the grand piano should be replaced with a TV showing the hands of the pianist. I said, That sounds like a good idea.
I took a slow sip of my Absolut on the rocks and said...I did that ole piece of artwork. He laughed and laughed...I smiled keeping eye contact as his face fell. He touched my hand saying,
Oh I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.....I said , Oh you you couldn't possibly...you obviously have no taste.
We have been great buddies ever since...he cracked up.
