Reminds me of a meeting I was in once, very professional setting, electronic engineering and programming company. I had a sort of "never gonna happen" crush on this lovely, petite Latina early 20s easily less than half my age... Very innocent type.
Something set her off and next thing she let loose with a couple choice Spanish curse words--and she obviously thought nobody would understand them. Me, "white bread," took Spanish in high school and live in Los Angeles where Spanish is our second language.
I burst out laughing and I'll never forget how her lovely brown skin turned really red when she realized I fully understood her exclamation!
-- We ended up becoming better friends although it never changed the fact she was too young for me to date her. It was a lot more fun working with her after that though.
No I'm not buying the premise of the topic that there is any correlation between use of obscenity and truthfulness/honesty.
