It's ok....

He's talking about one word FOCUS.

Focusing on anything leads to better results and higher attention to detail over time.

That's all it is!

The biology lovers might be tickled by his use of myelin etc. etc.

Don't know if that makes you a genius. Genius is a vastly overrated term. I believe in a sense of balance in life.

I think in order to be a genius with the typical meaning, you just need to have a high understanding of logical processes and an imagination big enough that lets you apply your knowledge from one area into others that are newer to you.

I don't really believe in genius. I believe that people have about the same capacity for learning.

I don't think he understands the meaning of the term "genius".

But...whatever. It allows him to run some kind of a self-improvement business, apparently.

And appreciate the not-quite-overt-braggy Antarctica tour patch on his jacket!

^lol

In this day and age, I tip my hat to the entrepreneurs. If he's doing his thing, he's doing his thing.

At least he's not a thief or a vagrant or doesn't appear to have a negative impact on society. (I hope so anyway!)

I listened to 30 seconds of drivel having nothing to do with anything, then 30 seconds of more drivel, turned it off at 1 minute.
If he want to do something staggeringly well, start by getting to the point at the beginning.
