Thanks for including the links with the info too. That is super nice! My list is growing longer! I have to say that we are really excited about the pathways and trails for biking, running, and walking. It's nice to see a community invest in things like that and makes us feel like we made a good choice.

id say take a trip out to boca grande and check out the small downton maybe lunch on the beach at the south beach grill, and for seafood try the fishery in placida great view of the gasprilla sound

My son and daughter-in-law did exactly that over Christmas, and loved it. Also, pick one nice evening and take in the sunset from the rooftop bar at the Wyvern Hotel in Punta Gorda. Not a seafood restaurant, but the food is good, and you can't beat the view.
