Since I live in NH, I am doing my best to study up on elevations, flood zones and the pro's and con's of HOA's etc. Thanks!
I have A lot in the meadows, 80 x220" on the water with electric, city water, and sewer. $ 20,000. If it doesn't sell in a couple years we will build on it. If interested DM me.....

For the Meadows that's an oversize lot and gives great potential for an awesome home

if you look at a map its to the South East of the main circle, across the other side of gasparilla Rd......or just south of South Gulf Cove........................its a large area, mainly undeveloped , I think around 5000 lots, but around 10 homes !!

Its gradually becoming more popular and populated...........I'm about to start another 3 homes out there.

you can get a nice smaller home there under $200k, but some of the lots are smaller and pools can be a challenge.

an 80x220 water lot inside the circle could cost you $40k plus...............

and it allows you to put a huge home on
