PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. ( Feb. 19, 2016) – A large concrete spill has occurred on State Road 776 continuing onto Toledo Blade Boulevard from State Road 776 to US 41. Multiple agencies including Charlotte County Public Works and DBi Services (Florida Department of Transportation) are on scene assisting with cleanup efforts. Please expect traffic delays as there may be lane closures throughout the duration of the work and traffic control signs will direct motorists around the site. The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert and exercise caution when traveling through the area.

I got there just after it happened. The police had just arrived and looked very confused as to what to do next as I doubt it was covered in the manual.
It started as narrow in the left turn lane and spread wider as he accelerated crossing the road. Every day on that road is an adventure.
