I was wondering if anyone could guide me in the right direction as to what city agency to call regarding a couch left on the street in my subdivision. My subdivision is pre 1980 so we DO NOT have an HOA. My subdivision is a nice place to live and this is unusual so I have no idea who to call.

Basically the people several doors up decided they didn't want their couch anymore so I guess they thought they could just put it in the street and someone would come get it. Well that was 3 plus weeks ago, now said couch looks pretty nasty and needs to go.

The couch is not on their property and is actually IN the road.

Thanks

A simple knock on your neighbor's door to let them know that they have to inform the city to remove bulky items could do it too.

Before you said it has sat there for 3 weeks... I was going to suggest that you take it and craigslist it. Instant free $50ish.
