The Highlands at Brier Creek (living in, floor, shop)

Does anyone have any insight into the living experience at the Highlands at Brier Creek?

I lived there for a year and half and was very happy. They were not completely sold out and hence had pretty attractive specials on rent. Dont know if they still have them going. I shopped around quite a bit and found their floor plans the best. The lake and the little waterfall give a nice feel to the place. Thoroughly enjoyed living in Brier Creek.
